The DREAM Institute is a non-profit volunteer organization formed in 2002 with the sole mission of establishing scholarship resources for students with disabilities aspiring to attend higher education. The Institute has adopted a philosophy of being an all volunteer organization and through volunteerism; the Institute can ensure that most all of the funds raised by the Institute goes to the scholar recipients.
Because the Institute is an all volunteer organization, the Institute volunteers ask that those who inquire by email, phone, or by mail be patient in getting a response. It is the Institute policy that calls and email be returned within 24 hours. Depending on the complexity of the mailed in inquiry will depend on the time of response. It is the Institute policy that responses to mailed inquiries are made within 5-7 business days.
If you have not heard back from a DREAM Institute representative, please do not hesitate in contacting the Institute by phone at (918) 588-3600 or my email at dream@dreaminstitute.org
The Tulsa Community Foundation manages and administers the DREAM Institute's scholarship funds, endowment funds, and the disbursement of those funds to the institute scholar recipients. The foundation also provides planned giving services to those Institute donors or prospective donors who are interested in giving through planned giving.
